Payments

All payments are processed via Paypal. If you do not have a paypal account you can still use a credit or debit card to pay through the Paypal portal.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your spot in the design schedule, unless it is otherwise noted on the services page.

Refund Policy

Because of the digital nature of this work and the time involved even preparing for a project there will be no refunds issued under ANY circumstance. Deposits are non-refundable in order to secure your spot over others in the schedule.

Project Quotes

Amounts quoted for a particular project will be honored up to 2 weeks from the date the quote is given. Once the 50% deposit is received the quote is fixed. However if nothing is received after 2 weeks a new quote must be requested and prices are subject to change.

Copyright

All designs by LexiLyn Studio remain the property of LexiLyn Studio. No alterations or other uses (ie taking the header or any portion of your design to use on your facebook timeline cover) may be made to ANY parts of a design without the express permission of Amy with LexiLyn Studio.

Credits

A text link in the footer linking back to LexiLyn Studio will remain on the client’s site as long as the client is using any or all of the design work done by LexiLyn Studio.

Grounds for Removal

Designs may be removed or cancelled without warning or refund based on certain criteria which includes, but is not limited to:

• Obscene, profane, racist, discriminatory, harassing, indecent, or explicit content on any public blog or website in which the client owns or publicly contributes to.
• Any unfavorable, pejorative, or slanderous remarks about LexiLyn Studio, its supporters and/or clients on any public platform.
• And any other unfavorable representation that LexiLyn Studio may incur via the client or potential client.
